what a mess. hundreds of homes lost. there's not much that can happen that is more devastating than a fire, with everything gone for good. and not everything is replaceable.

and with heat warnings over much of the country, we could see more of this elsewhere, with rain in short supply in many areas as well.

Seems like extreme weather gets worse every year, my heart goes out to all affected.

Rained a bit yesterday, came with lighting and wind though East of the mountains. Looks like more of the same this afternoon. Weather here is kinda like Florida at this time of year.
