Man Shoves Reporter and Shouts "N" Word
 

Is this guy a jackass? Yes, he is absolutely a jackass. However, I don't see how they can call this an assault. They say that he shoved the reporter. I don't think that he touched the reporter. He grabbed her microphone but he didn't shove her. The headline of the article is that this guy "shoved" the reporter. On the video it doesn't look to me like he even touched the reporter.
