Another track/ADW impasse?

They weren't able to take Derby/Oaks future wagers.

What's even more irritating is they can't be honest and post an explanation on their website to their customers.

Mark Cusano and Tom Amello on weekend programs said that the CDI and Capital have not been able to agree on terms. The contract they had ended on Feb 29.

How does Oaklawn fit into that though? Far as I know they aren't affiliated with CDI, right?

I think Tracknet controls OP's signal. I could be wrong about that, because OP did make a deal with TVG, but a few years ago when Tracknet had a flap with Vegas, OP was dark there too.

Thanks...that makes sense.

Thanks NTamm, that is basically the gist of why OP is involved.

Thanks for info, hope a resolution is forthcoming

Churchill Downs Incorporated is no different than Lehman Brothers when you exclude the fact that they have the Kentucky Derby. This "corporation" would be a penny stock without the biggest crutch in the sport. I wish them nothing but the worst and hope that they will be bought out by somebody resembling a human being.
