i do love watching the angels knock out the yankees.

Well, the Angels would probably lose 5 out of 7 to the A's right now.Offense is not good the last week, and the A's would beat them. They have a week to get Guerrero and others to start scoring runs.Too bad the A's starting pitchers aren't the Yanks starters. The Angels would get 4,5,7,12 runs each game. There is something here that people don't realize. The A's have 16 games left, and exactly zero days off now. So,they are gunna get pretty damn tired that last week.Their last 7 games are all on the road too.Everybody gets tired this time of year, but they will be real tired. My guess is that Seattle is laying in the bushes ready to mug this team in those 3 games up there.Seattle has nothing better to do than take revenge on those A's(who have beaten the Mariners like 12 in a row.)They have nothing to lose.Nobody cares if they lose to them again. That low stress that comes with being a spoiler is a pretty good elixir. The Angels have 7 games with them, but it won't mean anything unless the Halos offense catches fire.Halos have the pitching to hold the A's down, but the offense has to start helping,or the A's will win those games. The Halos get this Monday, and Thursday off. They should be rested for the games next Friday in Oakland. The A's play the Chisox this weekend, and then play 4 against a pesky Cleveland team. The 2 days off allows Saunders to get 2 starts in with 5 days rest. For whatever reason, the guy simply can not pitch on 4 days rest, but is unbeaten on 5 days rest.
