Race was weak but scratched into is a fuking disgrace. 21 for Southwest but 4 for a Prep at Santa Anita.. Come on apoligists, paint that positive. California is no longer relevant on the Derby Trail.

LOL. Really Why not go back to fukin 1960. Irrele-Fuking-Vent... Enjoy, I don';t give a fuk what you did 5 years ago let alone10 "Great Race, Disgrace Place" but at least it looks good on HBO... Oaklawn 21- "The Great Race Disgrace" 4.

So when do you feel it went irrecoverably wrong in Southern Cal???

Yep, I figured as much. I wonder what you'll have to say if Creative Cause trains on. Or if Bodemeister and Fed Biz graduate into the stakes ranks. Or if Out Of Bounds progresses from his Sham win. Or if Midnight Transfer stretches out effectively. Or if Liaison rebounds. Or if Secret Circle, Castaway, and Longview Drive do well in your precious Southwest Stakes tomorrow.

Probably something with 'fuk' in it.

Hey Dude... I love guys like you... Dead money Derby day.. Keep betting based upon the product 20 years ago... You and John White... Winner won't come out of Southwest tommorow and it MOST CERTAINLY WON'T COME OUT OF THE DEUCE THEY ARE FEEDING US FROM CALI. I am just looking for Preps to bet and the SH*T you are giving us in So-Cal is certainly not it. So if Secret Circle doesn't prep in Cali going forward do you claim him as a Cali Horse? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0BwOXlGbW6Q

With regards to CA's relevancy on the Derby Trail, it hasn't.

Where were you for the Sham and the Robert Lewis? Where will you be for the San Felipe and the Santa Anita Derby?

You're using a 7f stakes run in late February to negate a whole crop (and all future crops) of horses.

That's a dumb fuking platform.

So Arkansas is irrelevant now, too?

By the way, who said anything about having to select the winner of the Kentucky Derby? You said that CA horses were irrelevant with regards to the Derby Trail. It was an ignorant line.

Whatever. You laugh at my alleged method of betting the Derby, and yet, here you are in fucl<ing February writing off horses from about 4 or 5 signficant graded stakes (3 of which haven't even been run yet) just because CA racing on a whole is in the dumps. Only a complete dolt would employ that strategy. Call it Dead-brain money on Derby Day. The San Vicente isn't the only 3yo race in CA.

You just have a hard-on for CA racing. I get it, brah. But don't be confused. Love yourself.

Secret Circle trains at Santa Anita, Copernicus. The only reason he's at Oaklawn is because his trainer is so inundated with well-meant 3yos that he has to ship them around. So long as operations like Baffert's call CA home, it will always be relevant on the Derby Trail.

Now go ahead, keep backpedaling and spewing about "product" and Jon White and whatever else you think you need to pile on to cover up your silly initial statement.

Getting away, for only a second hopefully, from the idiocy of dismissing a group of horses simply because of their location ( hard to get much more indefensible than that ), that was some performance by Creative Cause. It's easy to say that he was simply running against weak horses last year, and clearly many more talented horses have emerged out West in the last two or three months, but at some point it also doesn't say a lot about the BC Juvenile. Maybe Union Rags really was four lengths best given his wide trip, but he really needs to prove it this year, else that whole bunch may be very suspect.

What?
Are you tossing Hansen after a 1 turn prep race, where had a troubled start?
We all know horses that win, or run very well, in the BC USUALLY need a race when starting the next season.

Ironically, only the 10th (Drill), 11th (Alpha), and 13th (Prospective) -place finishers have gone on to win anything of note since that race.

I hope Aidan O'Brien takes notice of this with 12th-place finisher, Daddy Long Legs. Scat Daddy is hot right now, too.

I think Hansen could be tough in the Kings Bishop. He was never a KY Derby contender.

Drill hasn't done anything to make me take notice and Alpha's BC was a toss. It's also not clear he's that good either.

LARHAGE 02-19-2012 07:05 PM

It's hard to gauge anything on that track right now, speed just doesn't seem to be coming back, American Act came on again after losing the lead, granted it was on the gutless Drill but it's like running in quicksand trying to close, Creative Cause also wasn't liking the whip and was swapping leads down the stretch.

No way Hansen is getting the 10f at Churchill in the Derby.
At Santa Anita this Fall...possibly.

Nice to see someone get his name right. I always want to fix it when people get it wrong - probably cause everyone gets mine wrong and so it bugs me!

Why don't I go away now? :D
