Exothermic

I was wandering if George Arnold should try dirt with him for the TC road or should he keep him on grass. He is by Empire Maker out of Irridescence. He can get the distance, has a nice running style, and nice kick. Any thoughts?

They'll probably try, especially considering how weak the crop has looked to this point. But he seems very turfy to me. His dam was a good one.

With his sire and Grandsire, I just figured he might be able to run on dirt good also. And like you, I don't see a strong crop really so might as well give a try. If it doesn't work he can always go back to turf.

Exothermic's mother scored a massive win in Hong Kong - she was a beast. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sbYBlvjd-zA

She was great. Thanks

That sucked when she was scratched from the Duty Free.

How many times have full sisters been entered in a big race like that (Perfect Promise)?

Loved Irridescence. Who else has she had dates with? Any idea, Hossy?

her 2011 foal is a mdoro and her 2012 is going to be a smart strike.

actually, the website for green lantern, though nice, is a bit confusing..

In two places on their site, the 11 foal is a dynaformer, in two other places on their site, it's a m'doro.

Strange! Thanks, though.

Doesn't this make the Blue Grass an inviting target, if they were inclined to jump on the Derby Trail?

Absolutely

Worth noting that both starts and wins have come without Lasix. Final 1/8ths in each of his starts - over a mile (11.77) and yesterday at 9F (11.68s).

He is my new favorite horse.

my miss storm cat 10-06-2012 03:24 PM

Has this been mentioned?
