Elliston, Turfway get OK for 14% P4's starting 1/1/12

Turfway's Bob Elliston on ATR anticipates KHRC approval December 14th of Pick 4 takeout reduction to 14% starting January 1, 2012.

Good question. Tough to get excited about Turfway Pick 4's, but if it's 14% for Keeneland/Churchill, I'm all in.

KEE may but, I just can't see CD doing anything that would benefit the horseplayer.
