Hank Goldberg....

Is a complete and total joke. Look at his picks for the 7th.... Who would ever post these as public plays?
I deserve that job!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, you do deserve that job. You are the new Hank Goldberg.

Though, come to think of it, Goldberg probably is better at paying his debts and not stiffing people.

Leave Hank alone

Danzig 11-04-2011 04:54 PM

might as well keep hank if you're trying out.

There are many similarities between Hank and TardHen.

Both are grotesquely proportioned and seem to lack adequate oxygen supply to the brain.

:)

He should be restricted to a win-only diet.

What I don't understand is why on earth with a $3000 mythical bankroll he would bet $60 on a 2-1 shot. Very nice solid winner, Royal Delta. $60 to win???. If you like that horse with that bankroll that bet needs to be between $400 and $600. $60 is like whizzing on a forest fire. Has absolutely no effect.

He put $100 to win on Turbulent Descent and boxed her with the other 2 clear cut chalks Switch and Pomeroys Pistol. Its unreal, that Turbulent race is the reasson I started the thread.

Of course in TV land you are right. There was no Sunday for his bankroll. In real life, if you bet more than about 2% on any one horse you are probably nuts.

it seems like his picks provide comic relief if anything during the telecasts

arizonadave 11-05-2011 07:31 PM

They need to bring Mark May from the football side to help with the show.

Battaglia is the better handicapper. Goldberg might be the better racecaller.
