Any chance we get 1 or 2 horses in the BC Turf from the race this year?

With the defection of two top contenders (Acclamation and Cape Blanco) it would certainly make sense to see at least a couple of these wheel back for the BC Turf.

This has to be the best turf race of the year on this side of the pond, 9 european based shippers, total of 16 horses in the field. A very interesting race.

On this side of the pond?

Pretentious anyone?

Did you forget? This is the guy who says a firm course in Europe is a bog, and if it's listed as yielding, it's a concrete strip.

Or something like that.

I'm eagerly awaiting the redboards on Miss Keller. She's lucky William Buick moved a furlong too early.

I was thinking the same thing. What motivated him into moving that quickly on the backside? Exciting race!

It feels like he knew I bet her. I have an uncanny ability to pick the horse who will be compromised by ride, resulting in a narrow defeat.

It's a gift.

Had Roger Attfield on ATR Tuesday. Regarding Miss Keller's difficult year, he said in addition to her usual craziness, she'd been experiencing 'female issues' much of the year.
