altho lately he may have become the butt of jokes, the man was a football icon. farewell to the raidahs owner.

Wow! The end of an era i may not have always agreed with some of his decisions but you gotta respect the time he put into the NFL. Condolences Raider Nation. RIP Al Davis.

So he is officially dead? I'm pretty sure he croaked after hiring Lane Kiffen a few years ago and they have been doing a "Weekend at Bernies" with him since.

They actually showed the clip after he fired Kiffen where he said its my fault I hired him. I can't blame anyone else.

You have him confused with Malcom Glazer who hasn't been seen or heard from in years.
