this is what i bet
in the 3rd race
i bet a 5 dollar pick 3 3,10---4,6 3,5,8,10

the 3 won 3rd the 4 won 4th but the 6 was scratch

do i get a conselation pick 3 if one of my 4 horses win the 5th?
or because the 4 was the favorite in the 4th and won
does my pick 3,s now become 10 pick 3,s because the post time favorite won the race where my horse scratched?

I am assuming this is at Saratoga. You get a consolation pk3 with the late scratches if you have the other two winners unless it is the first leg. If it is the first leg you get a refund.

It depends on the track. You will either get a consolation OR you're live for double the $$ if you hit the last one.
