Casey Anthony saga continues
 

Now the judge has to decide whether to order her to return to Orlando to serve a year's probation. What a mess! The original judge ordered her to serve one year probation upon her release but due to a clerical error, the probation department received documentation saying that the probation was to start immediately. They assigned a PO and all their procedures were followed, she completed her probation before the verdict on murder charges and they sent her a letter releasing her from probation. Now the original judge says that wasn't what he intended so he ordered her back to Orlando to serve probation. He then recused himself and this all falls on the judge who tried her in the murder charges...what a mess! Seems like a clear case of double jeopardy but wait, Florida law apparently does not view probation as a sentence. There is no case law dealing with this so the judge is faced with a terrible decision...stay tuned.

she should hang herself and be done with it.

This is less about her and more about the folks in Orlando, I suspect most really don't want to see her return along with the probable expenditures for security, the media circus and the danger to innocent folks.
