Need a weather update for Sat..
 

Looks to me like some storms Friday and Sat. Is that what the local people are hearing?

Changes the dynamics of the race - I'm not smart enough to know how, but I think it should. Out west speed usually holds up well on muddy/sloppy (dirt), not sure what the profile is on the east coast. What do they normally do with the track on big days? Shackleford should be the only one without any mud on him in the winners circle.

Supposed to gradually get cooler as the weekend comes, with a chance of some rain on Saturday. Unbearably hot today and tomorrow, however.
