Apparently public libraries and DRF access don't mix

I'm sitting in a library, using my laptop to do some research, and of course with the Derby in the offing I check up on the latest news every so often. Every time I forget and go to click on a news article on DRF that someone posts on this board, the library blocks it. I should've seen that coming because they block email access too, but it took me aback. I'm not sure why DRF is any more degenerate than a gossip website about which star is doing what drug or sleeping with which other star. This isn't porn for pete's sake. They're all about the First Amendment here when it applies to books. Heaven forbid people read whatever they want from a safe website about a legal subject. Philistines.

I haven't been able to read much about Gilded Gem, other than what I've just listened to at the opening on ATR. I was watching video of her last race online yesterday so I'm a bit jarred. I feel badly for the horse and for Bob. There's no way this doesn't mar his pre-Derby experience to some degree. I hope she wasn't in too much pain for too long.

You may want to try this option which is available at public libraries:

So we just need www.drf.xxx and it would work, right?

It's the same here at my job... and yet I can go to BloodHorse and Thoroughbred Times and read stuff.

Try this site and just enter the name of the site you can't get into.

If you like coffee, just go to Starbucks!
