ROI....$8
took alot of crap from people regaurding saturdays rainbow pic 6 bet....it was the bet of the year!!!!! 100,000 live tickets with two races to go. paid over 5 times the parlay but they stand by the fact they bet 400 to get 1600...of course i don't know what i'm doing even though i split it putting up 58 dollars like half the universe did....it was a 5.7 million dollar pool and the last race was the only tough call in the entire sequence! we had 4 going in..... betting 400 to get 1600........ROI 2 dollar mutuel.....8 bucks for picking 6 horses......lol. no, i don't do this every day for the last 6 years.....with years before that of experience....you just hit a glorified 3-1 shot...derby trails.... exit reality...enter the sublime....and one of his toadies that preaches ROI daily backed him.....lol...i bet to get 5 times the parlay and made 3-1 on my money picking 6.......i can survive for years betting like that.........not...if thats the "bet of the year"...i should just quit gambling all together....

I'll rewrite what I wrote in the Selections thread: You can't possibly be this dumb.
The irony of someone who claims to be a professional bettor being this clueless about value and takeout is unfathomable. |
maybe he's trying to be funny?

The redboarding is dumb and all, but good God, the lack of paragraphs or any basic sentence form is what makes my eyes bleed.

It means that they could have dropped the "rainbow" feature, made it a dollar or even a .50 bet, and perhaps made this bet playable more than once a meet. They certainly had the field size to pull it off.
I think there were 2 winners today. |

Agreed! Assuming it was posted by a third grader whose dad just took him to the track for the first time on Saturday. Graded on that curve, it really is brilliant, thoughtful stuff! |
