Nice field in the Wiley.

Keeneland needs to cut the Commonwealth loose. For the 2nd year in a row its a 5 horse race with a poor field. It's too close to the Carter to compete for dirt horses.

Otherwise, looks like a fun card.

Why? You don't see a need for a place to run for the high quality synth horses that wouldn't stand a chance in the Carter??

I'd find a stretch battle between Aikenite and Taqarub riveting.

I'm also anxious to see if Charles Lopresti can prove this year that he's not just a newer version of John Ward. His horses never run, they got good for about two months and then poof, they were all gone.

Doesn't look like the people with the high quality synth horses do.

I wonder if they will keep Aikenite sprinting this year.

Of course, if he runs well they'll probably try the Met Mile next. Or the Sword Dancer.

I really like Brilliant Speed in here. Any chance that he drifts out to 8-1 - 10-1 range.

I really like him too - doesn't he have to be 10-1+ easy?

I'm worried that he takes money and isn't going to look as nice at 4-1 or 9-2. I think this going to be a sweet betting race.

King Congie, Santiva, Sensational Slam, Willcox Inn, Wilkinson, and Crimson China all look like they should be shorter prices to me.

Anyone know if they are doing the Makers Mark Bluegrass Double this year?

Jenny Wiley looks like the single deepest race I've seen so far this year. Just fantastic.
