How can the former agent of Joel Rosario give the impression of impartiality? If Joel is DQ'd it is because Vic holds a grudge? If he doesn't is it becuase Vic doesn't want to give the impression that he holds a grudge? Over/Under is 6 months in this latest new job.

As long as his horse stays straight and strong, they have nothing to worry about.
