Well Rested?

Wonder if this one will run, but on wedn race 1 at CT entered is the 11y.o. mare A Barry Good Girl, owned and trained by Donald Barber the mare has not run in a race since Nov. of 2005 and thats if you could call it running as she finished last and beaten over 37 lengths. Her last win was almost 7 yrs ago in a $2500 conditional claimer.

Here's hoping she's scratched.

A winter storm led to the cancellation of live racing at Charles Town Races, Laurel Park, and Parx Racing for Wednesday.

Supposed to be snowing up to two inches per hour out near CT tonight. Cancelling probably makes sense.

They have "accelerated" the post times at Aqueduct, with falling snow/ice pellets. Maybe they should have cancelled -- Offlee Cool slipped and fell in the opener, and had to be vanned off.

Update: She will be euthanized after the last race?

This is an instance when CT bigwigs should step in and say no to running her. I mean over 5yrs off= had to be bad injury, 2more yrs after a win also. Sounds like she could be a detriment to the horses racing. IMO only

She was a steward's scratch 1/4/11 #4 CT

She did have a foal, 2007 model, gelding Starcasm. He finished third running for a $4.5k tag at CT on Tuesday.
