Our borders should of been sealed years ago.

Won't happen with this Administration. They won't enforce the Border laws already on the books. They won't allow Arizona to secure it's own border. They see a World without borders where everyone is entitled to Taxpayer dollars except the Taxpayers.

Have the border laws ever been enforced?

Yeah. See reality. See ICE, and the all-time high number of immigrants they have deported recently. They are coming under fire for deporting too many, being too aggressive.

Wrong.
