No, Brother Derek is the fancy looking horse with the big star, Stevie Wonderboy is the profile photo. I was too lazy to put names above them, but if you scroll through the link of the album you can see them.

I went through the album and I just love it.

Some of those horses... like Macho Again? So nice to see them and remember.

Thanks for posting it. They're really really nice pics. :)

Thanks! It is really cool to be able to see them at the stallion farms. Brother Derek can be sneaky, but otherwise all of Airdrie's stallions have great personalities, love visitors and are just a group of happy horses.

Nice photos of IC. He looks MUCH better than when I saw him at Vinery in 2000. He looked nearly dead.

How'd he look to you in person?

I think Airdrie does a great job, especially with building careers of young stallions. They seem to have a good ability at making good matches with their stallions.

I'm not referring to IC at all there either.

Hairy. :D He came right over looking for treats. They really love him, though it's an easy thing to do when a horse is such a great success.

lol. Hairy aye?

When I visited him at Vinery in 2000, he was basically the only stallion at the farm. All the others had shuttled but IC was too ill to ship. He looked gaunt and wasted away. They said he was a wobbler, which can be pretty devastating.

When I saw him in January or February of his 3yo year in 98, he was a pretty easy going and friendly horse in his stall. That pesky horse in the next stall though, Silver Charm, he seemed like he really wanted people to pay attention to him. He was cool too.

Anyways, that one picture you have of him, he looked really muscular again, which was nice. He didn't look like your typical fifteen year old horse.

I never saw IC when he was running and in racing shape, but Uncle Mo seems to look alot like him, no? I like IC's size. Indian Blessing was similiar as well, though her hindquarters might have been bigger than his, but Baffert's horses always have big butts.

The horse that is really shocking how he has held up in age is Slew City Slew. I would have guessed him several years younger.

Yeah, Mo and IC do look a lot alike to me.

And neither have the head of a donkey! I told Barry Irwin after IC broke his maiden that he should go offer 2 million for him, and his reply was that he has the head of a donkey.

I have no idea what that means.

LOL, Man O'War wasn't exactly pretty. ;) A lot of people think Bellamy Road has a real ugly head, but I think he is beautiful.
