Roses

When will Pletchers turf winner start smelling the roses? Looks a lot more suited for the distance than the impresive Mo.

Newsflash

More than Ready's offspring are not very good on dirt and beyond 8 furlongs.

not just that...,they come out early and usually fizzle later,,,but here comes the usual bandwagon garbage.....lol.....these idiots will put the brakes on this one too.........."Whoa hes the best thing since war pass"......lol. the dirt mile and the juvenile races are the most meaningless races on that card.....its not my opinion history has proven it.

Are you freakin kidding?????????

I have no doubt that Uncle Mo can get the marathon distance of a whole whopping half mile.

Meaning, since he basically jogs until the 1/4 pole in each start, how the hell is he not going to get 10f?

By the way, if you are basing the Uncle Mo won't get 10f thought based on what those talking heads on ESPN said, disregard all of that nonsense.

I can launch into a fifteen page diatribe as to why and how they are wrong.

Mo is the goods, but really early on this year there already seems to be more talent then the past few years. The Mott looks really good.

He's War Pass II . . . Brilliant as a juvenile and good as an early three-year-old, but I'll be surprised if he's a factor in May.

That is very possible, that he'll fall apart and be retired before the Derby.

Which has absolutely nothing to do with him being distance challenged or not.

If he's in this form come the TC, it's freakin over man. Game over!

I liked War Pass a lot... but was certain he wouldn't stretch past 8.5. I think Uncle Mo will get the 9F-10F distances just fine. It's a matter whether he can continue to move forward over the next 6 months. On the Thorographs he will have run a 0, 0, and likely a -1 or better; that kind of start to a career often indicates a move back rather than forward. If he doesn't, they're all running for second in the Kentucky Derby.
