Now, will the Cleveland Browns save New England area bookmakers from getting slaughtered tomorrow....?

The Bookmakers in Europe are pansys - they should have kept Zenyatta at 7/2. That was a fair price.

I'm glad I don't have their job ... I'd have made Champ Pegasus 150/1 today and wouldn't have budged - and I'd have probably raised Zenyatta from 7/2 to 9/2 or something because that seemed the appropriate price.

They wouldn't fire me ... they'd probably kill me.

Here is a good site to check to see the best contrarian plays. This site confirms what you said. The most one-sided game is the New England game. Everyone loves New England -4 1/2. It's a good sample size too. Over 5,000 people have put in their picks and 78% like New England. That is huge.

74% of people like the Vikings and Cardinals game to go over - the highest for the over/under ...

I know the Vikings have gone over in each of the last 4 games .. they are without a certain wide reciever who is 8-0 on the over this year .. that's an interesting one... you can be against the fish and play the Moss angle at the same time.

I don't know why but the contrarian plays don't seem to work as well on the over/unders. I love betting against the public on the sides but my luck has not been as good on the over/unders over the years. So I don't bother with the over/unders any more.

Even on the sides, the contrarian plays don't seem to do as well as they did several years ago. There is probably still a tiny edge but it doesn't seem to be as good as it used to be.
