yeah, she'd have had to channel silky sullivan after giving up so much ground early. she did well. first facing against gr 1 winners this year, and almost pulled it off. but not quite. maybe the better than secretariat because he lost bs can end now.

Can't believe how much ground she made up on that bunch. That's truly amazing. She laid it out there her gallop out was non-existent after that peabrain ride. Whadda shame

She had one race against real competition and lost. She will not and does not deserve to be HOY.

only in your deluded mind.

I'd vote for Uncle Mo.

If the case for Uncle Mo is pressed strong enough ... Blame and Uncle Mo will split enough votes and Zenyatta is sure to win it... which is good with me.

Blame is simply not deserving of HOY at all .. it's either Zenyatta's or Uncle Mo's as far as I'm concerned.

Great point Drugs. Uncle Mo may have a great future ahead of him. It was a very impressive race.

Blame had a pretty cowardly campaign as well.

He ran just five times this year ... with long gaps between starts.

He won the Whitney and the Breeders Cup Classic .. easily the two best fields assembled this year. So he has that going for him.

I strongly agree again... Blame is a slow, grinding type... Congrats on the 3 Grade 1's this year... Id much rather see Z get it, even if its more of a lifetime type deal. I would feel better w/ UM getting it over Blame.
