That's a bad press photo and shows how cheap Churchill is. It's not a knock on her looks so save the sermon.

Its one of her pictures on Facebook...before this article came out, it was her profile picture two weeks ago.

In other words, they wanted her to do more work for less money. That is a CDI staple. Like laying off 60 people and the same day announcing the CEO gets another $6 million dollar bonus.
