Lentenor returns

I was going to enter Arienza (Azeri's 2yo filly) into my horse watch, then realized I had a notification for Lentenor in an optional claimer on turf. He's been off since finishing 4th in the Florida Derby and went a little while before even having a published work. Here's what I got:
