Steve I just wanted to thank you for the Pat Day Interview on your show today! It was awesome! Anyone who missed it should check it out. Please keep your interviews with legends coming!

Thanks so much. Glad you enjoyed it and hope others did. It was a pleasure for me to spend that kind of time with him, and he'll be back on around Breeders' Cup to talk about his string of successes in the event and the 'White Horse' project in which he's involved. I thought the coincidence of Stall having been the groom for Cognizent, on which Day had won the first two Vanderbilts, (The 'A Phenomenon' at the time), was unbelievable.

Agreed! I really get a lot out of these segments. There's no substitute for hearing stories from the jockeys and trainers themselves. They're incredibly interesting and help put history in perspective and in context to the present.

I heard the interview lasted 12 hours.
