For fifth title, Bryant sought counseling of unknown expert

Seems like when he wanted to take it to another level, Kobe Bryant turned to a video geek. Article here

This isn't remotely interesting as JOCKS do this all the time to take their game up a notch. The public thinks that all they do to get better is get on more horses in the morning then show up in the afternoon and ride some more. Uh Uh, they're busy consulting with their video guru. Uh huh.

Sort of puts hit in perspective when it comes to our pinheads.

That unknown expert counseled the hell out of his 6-for-24 in Game 7.

That's not the point. The point is that the best player in the world 'deferred' to someone who he accepts as being better than he in a particular area; i.e., the analysis of tape. This is also the case in all the other major sports. This is NOT the case in racing, where trainers and jockeys think they know more about races than anybody else --- even those who watch a lot of tape. Clearly, jocks aren't doing this because they keep repeating the same stupid errors. Which begs the other question: what exactly are the jock agents doing? In the other sports, agents pretty much 'insist' that their guys work towards getting better. This can involve any number of areas. In racing, the jock is THE expert, answering, pretty much with very few exceptions, to no one. The whole system sucks.

Moreover, clearly his "team" (the coaches) wasn't exactly stellar in getting him free from the BOSTON defense either.

I tryed getting us home, you put the big mush on us though. Joey n Joey next time we will get them. Thats if the Heat dont sweep us first.

It's all on Ray Allen. If he shots 40% from the field from the series, they win. From what I understand, early in the series, he took a knee in the thigh from Artest, and was unable to practice the rest of the series. That was the difference in not being able to make a shot.

Nice hair. The Heat won't win anything.

It's longer now, this chick loves it long, loves running her hands through it. It's time for a cut for Toga though.
