Wednesday Play Around

Belmont

pick 4
2nd- 2,4
3rd-1,2
4th- 3,6
5th- 2,4,7

RockHardTen1985 07-14-2010 12:38 PM

I might play the late pick 3 today... Here is what Im thinking.

$10 pick 3 wheel

5/1,4/11

$5 pick 3 wheel

5/1,4/10,11

In race 8 I was totally on the 3,2 around the track, but I like the 1,4 off turf performances much better.

DEL R2:

exacta: 6 / 2

the 2 is loose with the scratch of the 4. 6 hopefully stalks and gets him.

With the turf condition I think Im with you in the 8th at Belmont w/ the #1, I think the 4 also has a shot as likely the 4th choice, around 5-1.

Delaware - Race 2
# Win Place Show
6 $4.80 $3.00 $2.20
2 . $4.60 $3.00
3 . . $4.40

Wager Type Winning Numbers Paid
$1.00 Exacta 6-2 $9.40

Nice little 8:1 for my money. It's sweet when it works this way and not when it doesn't (like yesterday, when I had 4 one numbers come in reversed.)

BEL R2:

Don't know what to do with the RUDY juice. I like #6, LUCK, a superior off track runner and a horse that can handle the distance. If there's any pace up front, she should blow by them late.

the_fat_man 07-14-2010 12:57 PM

DEL R3:

Lake's horse (#3) is absolutely loose, likes the slop (4 for 9), and the distance (5 for 8). wire to wire

Chief Export (#2) should stalk and get 2nd. Don't like the 1, who got a perfect setup last out and won't today.

Exacta: 3 / 2

I like Luck as well and do not get Dear Mary Lou at all. She hasn't run even remotely good race in three starts for Rudy.

What a ****in idiot Thompson is. He goes after the 3 (with the 2) on the turn, rather than just sitting and moving when they enter, and they duel to the wire, as the hanging 1, perfect trip and all, passes right before they cross. Cost himself 2nd and the 3 the win.
