Brian Kilemead - dumber than Caribou Barbie?

This is hilarious - although scarily sad :zz: as so many are glued to Faux News .... yes, there is video:

Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade has been embarrassing himself more than usual over the last few days on Fox & Friends. Yesterday, after news broke that the cap BP placed on its leaking oil well had to be removed because one of its robots bumped the well’s venting system, Kilmeade had some harsh words for the robot. “I’d love to talk to that robot that knocked…the top off the cap that was in the bottom of the Gulf yesterday,” Kilmeade said. “What was that robot thinking?” he asked in disgust.

Uh, yeah. Sure ;) Watch the video (you can find it in it's original, unedited contextual glory on YouTube)

I did and they played a one sentence clip. I mean seriously who comes up with this? The people who report it breathlessly as though he actually thought that he could go underwater and talk to a robot are the fools. Well maybe the people who believe said reports...

I mean this is like a joke right?

And him playing basketball with John Wall? What exactly was so wrong or funny about that? Were the 'progressives' mad that a brother betrayed the cause and appeared on Fox? Apparently Mr Wall learned something in his short stint at UK. Thinkprogress.org? Again LOL.

More fun from Fox and Friends

Gretchen gets into it, too:

Quote:

On Wednesday morning's "Fox and Friends," Carlson was discussing whether Obama would fire General Stanley McChrystal for his controversial remarks in Rolling Stone.

She said that "this is what being president of the United States is all about. It's these tough, huge, monumental decisions."

Carlson then compared the role of the president to that of being a host on "Fox and Friends": "It's just like our job...what's the role of an anchor during huge breaking news? You remember growing up? You'd tune to the television, and that one moment during the year, they would have to carry a story all along, It's the same thing as being the President of the United States."

Sure. Because it's really funny to joke about the cap being off, the oil spill, and that's what Kilemead (and lets keep his long history of intelligent comments in mind) was saying :tro:

:D

Cannon Shell 06-26-2010 09:26 PM

Are you totally humorless?

Funny I just happened to see David Letterman and Jay Leno both crack jokes about it. I guess they should be called dumb too? Or do you pc people call it insensitive? Some of us appreciate a little humor once in a while as we realize that jokes about an oil spill wont make it worse.

Wonder if she can name a player on her favorite team? If so she has a point. LOL

Riot 06-26-2010 09:35 PM

Oh, please. Nice try :D Watch the whole segment and see it in context. The guy will never live that one down.

Still ...doesnt beat the broad from Michigan she wins this weeks dumbazz contest. I dont get how anybody can actually watch Fox or Msnbc or any of those other shows, I guess its just for entertainment like background noise when you are doing dishes.

I can't figure out why CNN would knock a host on Fox. I'm sure it has nothing to do with the fact that Fox has twice as many viewers as CNN.

Amateur. Playing "Six degrees of Obama Sucks" has to be done more precisely than that ! :D Took you 14 posts. Let Joey, Dell, or Timmi show you how it's done.

CNN is hardly the only one knocking Gretchen for that foot in mouth moment :D

The President is, right now, taking live questions from reporters at the G8. "Inarticulate"? not in the least. Quite the opposite
