Stable statistics overall..

As part of the KNS research I did for yesterday's start, I accumulatred the complete record of the stable. Kickin's effort was Dee Tee's 51st overall, with a record of 50/4-14-7 (8% W's; 50% ITM) entering the day.

Totals (Though 5/18/10): 51/4-15-7 (7.8% W's; 51% ITM)

Yeah.. Second 15 times.. Sumwon's 3 seconds were far more excruciating than any of Kickin N Screamin's... Curiously, none of Kickin's 2nd's are close. When she has run big, she has either won or been a clearly beaten second.

The individual records of the Dee Tee Stables runners:

Sumwonlovesyou 6/0-3-0 (Retired) $26,146
Kickin N Screamin 25/3-7-3 (7yo, Active) $50,974
Aldebutante 5/0-0-1 (Retired) $4,727
Rampillion 8/1-2-2 (Claimed) $14,705
Lloydobler 5/0-2-1 (3yo, Active) $24,730
Redboard King 2/0-1-0 (3yo. Active) $6,150
Missus Mayflower 0/0-0-0 (3yo, Active-Unstarted)
Ausable Chasm 0/0-0-0 (2yo, Active-Unstarted)

Thanks, good stuff. Anyone have a pic of Borel in Dee Tee silks?

randallscott35 05-19-2010 07:40 AM

51% in the money is gaudy.

Wasn't he on SWLY at Toga in the pic that's on the front page of Derby Trail?

There's a pic of Calvin in the gallery section of derbytrail.com

According to the vet at Northview Stallion Station, the foal is doing well.

Chuck and Nathan Fox (Purim foal share provider) own the foal. The SWLY partners will be offered a chance to have a stake in her with a modest buy-in.

That is excellent. I am very happy to hear we can remain a part of her legacy.

This shows just how tough a game this is. Even with a 50% in the money rate, our stable has not come close to earning enough to pay the day rate let alone expenses of ownership.

We all owe a great debt of gratitude to Steve and Chuck for allowing us to go along for the ride.

Ditto - but what a great ride :-)

Very happy to hear that we may be able to buy in to SWLY foal eventually. Love the original Dee Tee Princess :tro:

Regarding Sumwon, just spoke to Northview Stallion Station, and a scan of the mare Monday showed she did NOT get in foal from the initial cover by Medalist. Next try will come within 10 days or so. Should have a report on foal's progress from their vet or farm manager later today too.

Hardly. He has crops on the ground. She was being covered on her post-foaling mare heat which always has a much smaller chance of taking. We were hopeful though because she had connected on the first cover by Purim, and having a conception date of early May is preferable to one of early June.

otisotisotis 05-19-2010 01:09 PM

I will hold out hope she can get to Obi Wan Kenobi one day, so there can be a SumWanElse.....:D

Thanks for the stats!

TheSpyder 05-19-2010 07:31 PM

Steve, Chuck, Team Simon, Hooves.

Look what you have done......Congrates and Thank-you once again. From a crazy idea to a novel and exciting opportunity for so many of us to take a step closer to the sport that we follow with such passion.

Yep.

I think it is on my smugmug page at BillTheobaldphotography.com

I might have different ones at home, but I'm having problems accessing my images on my server. Ones of these days I remember how to connect to it.

PM me your e-mail and I'll e-mail you a photo.
