Alan Seewald passes away
Long time New Jersey horseman Alan Seewald apparently passed away in his sleep overnight. Seewald had been the focus of attention at Tampa over the winter thanks to the Fantasy Lane 3yo Uptowncharleybrown who is scheduled to run Saturday in the Lexington.

RIP Alan Seewald
Sad news out of Monmouth today. Good trainer and a great guy.

They will be having services tomorrow 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at John P. Pfleger Funeral Home 115 Tindall Road, Middletown NJ, with a funeral service @ 8:30 PM. It is my understanding that Alan's wishes were to be cremated and have his ashes spread at the barn.
