Top Calder Sale worker half to Missus Mayflower!

Hip No. 175 Tuesday in the Fasig-Tipton Calder 2-year old in training sale, a Sky Mesa filly that worked the fastest breeze show quarter mile (:21.2), is a half sister to Dee Tee's Missus Mayflower!

is the unraced mare part nothing to be concerned about?

I like this filly (similar to Satans Quick Chick), but her cross has a lower True Nick rating (shows you what I know) than Missus Mayflower's - a "D" vs. a "B" for MM (I like MM's breeding as well).

I wonder if this will tend to cap her value at the Sale regardless of her great time?

Also, does anyone know if Sky Mesa makes for a better dirt or turf pedigree?

Bought by Patty Miller of EQB Equine. She is big on the heartscan and biomechanics angles.
