There is no reason for us to be so dependant on the middle east..

I think that the Right should embrace energy independence.. I just think the global warming crew are so insane and make such outlandish and false claims that they turn off people who would be accepting to changes and do agree that there is some climate change occuring..

While this is true it doesn't make us less dependent on Saudi oil considering it is a world market.

Why don't we just pump our own? Wasn't that the ultimate goal? Burn others oil, then burn ours? Let's start pumping our own. We have lots. We can do it cleaner than anyone on Earth. You lead by doing. Not by talking about doing, or blaming others for your plight.
