Talk Me Out Of Borrowing Cash To Go To
The Super Bowl just 5 hours down the road in Miami.
Die hard Colts fan with that day and Monday off - WTF. I could get a decent ticket for a grand. Parents willing to loan me the cash and pay it off over a year. :zz:  :zz:  |
Don't do it..The parties before the game are much better than the game itself. Plus it could pour in Miami like it did for Indy-Bears and the novelty wears off real fast

Forget it. Buy a brand new TV with $700 and watch the game in style. And take the other $300 and find a good exterminator.

don't do it and say you may take them up on the loan next summer for Saratoga but you probably won't need it?
|
Take the grand, bet the Colts.

If your objective is to see the game at the lowest possible cost, wait outside the stadium until about halfway through the first quarter and then scalpers will start unloading tickets at fraction of the cost. I have many friends that used that approach when the Super Bowl was in Detroit. That $1,000 ticket may only cost you $500 (or less) if you are willing to miss the first quarter. |
Before you borrow $....... Wait till tomorrow take Steve's Magna picks.. bet it... and you will have plenty of $$$'s for the SB. !

I've been to a Superbowl game and have to say it blows. You don't get to see much from the cheap seats. Although I could see the Rams receivers being held from a mile away. Funny the refs somehow missed that
