Nice race. Actually makes Sunday a worthwhile day at Delmar. Areyoutalkingtome is going to be tough and may actually be decent odds.
Battle Won has long forgot how to win. Declans Moon will be overbet and probably bounces in here. Siren Lure is a tough, hard knocking campaigner but he got his win last time, someone elses turn this time.

Now, how is it you go for the absolute least horse of the bunch?(Areyoutalkingtome.)Will be Siren Lure,or Declan's Moon.Maybe save with the Gomez/Mitchell on top of those 2.

I like Declan's Moon. He should be very tough to beat.

How can you say Declans Moon will bounce? This is his 2nd off a layoff isnt it? If anything he will show improvement.

Not always Euro. Some horses throw in real clunkers 2nd off long layoffs. Not that his race last time was all that special but considering the amount of time he was layed off, he ran well for 2nd. This is a real tough group of horses for Declans Moon.

Scuds, Battle Won, for the win? Not worth a save bet. Horse just forgot how to get it done and believe me, hes had more than his share of chances.

I just cant see him bouncing. Granted he may not win or come in 2nd but I dont think his time will be all that different from his last race. I will love this horse the 3rd time out.

Now atswhatimtakinabout! I had Siren Lure his last two times out, but some poeple forget that it's all about pikes and valleys. Catch them on the way up ang jump ship at the right time.

Horses often bounce in their 2nd race off a layoff, but not in a situation like this. The most common time that they will bounce is when they win their first race back and then come back in 2-3 weeks. When they give a huge effort in their first race off a layoff and then are not given enough time to recover, they will often bounce. Declan's Moon has had plenty of time to recover from his first race back. Not only that, they seem to bounce much more often when they win their first race back. When they run 2nd or 3rd, like DM, they usually improve in their 2nd race. So I agree with you and I would not expect DM to bounce.

Declans Moon is gonna get smoked, no way can he out run the likes of these I don't see WILKO or an allowance field:rolleyes:

Declans Moon is going to have to run better than he did in his last race. Possible? Yes, for sure. But if he repeats his last race he loses in here. This is a way tougher race with more horses than his comebacker. I like him as a horse, I really do. Hope he runs well.

He figures to improve by 5 lengths off that race. That was his first race in 16 months. Not only was he not fully cranked up for that race, he was three-wide going head and head in :44 1/5. That's not his thing. That's not how he wants to run.

Siren Lure cruised by Pure as Gold mid stretch and I think Areyoutalkn... got 3rd. Looked like DM was pulled up turning for home after moving 4 wide

what do you mean pulled up?? bad?

Dropped back suddenly on the turn and the jockey quit riding. Not sure if he ever crossed the line, but something was definitely wrong :(
