Almost too good to be true ...

if you are looking for cheap airfare, check out Spirit Airlines. $16 one way from many cities, especially South Florida. Just booked round trip for two Ft Laud to Providence RI. $104 for two people, including fees. I also booked RT for a nephew San Fran to Detroit and a Detroit/Ft Laud RT ... $54 per RT ticket total. Unreal.

S2S,
That does sound too good to be true.
Make sure you seat isn't a folding chair on the wing or a boat cushion in the front wheel well.
Happy landings.
I'll definitely check out Spirit Airlines...and thanks for the tip.
Do they still make you pack your own parachute?

No parachutes required but you must travel naked with no luggage of any sort. And have an oral and anal exam for hidden explosives. If they find any on you, they Spirit has the right to convert your body to jet fuel. A nice business idea.

I live in South Florda, a Spirit hub, and have used Spirit for about 15 round trip flights over the past three years. Never had a problem and gesnerally better experiences than American or Delta, which I also frequently fly. Even these days, you're safer flying than driving to the market.

No doubt about it. I just like having some feeling of control over my own death. Ok, so I get hit blindsided by a drunk driver today most likely. Knock on wood (as I rabbit punch my little pea sized head)
