"Harold" in sharp half mile; Approaches debut..
 

Harold Carmichael, (who will have a new name shortly), had a sharp half mile work Sunday at Belmont. Under bug boy Chris Fox, the Smarty Jones colt zipped the 4f in :48.3 in company, and as is his manner, galloped out strongly. The work was the 15th fastest of 65 on the busy Belmont worktab.

He handsome colt is doing very well according to Gary and Paul, and could make his debut at Aqueduct around the end of the month or early on in December.
