Something I can't recall seeing.. Race won with a 17 Beyer

In Saturday's My Dear Girl (7th) at Calder, the #7 PRIMAL BABY is making her second start. Her debut was a win in a $15,000 MSW at Suffolk in which she earned a 17 Beyer going a mile in 1:46.1. I'm sure there's been lower Beyer figures that won races, but I can't recall seeing one...

There was a stake race on the weekly Illman list that was won with an 18. The lowest I've ever seen was an 8 at Indiana downs. They went 1:10... For 5.5f!

There have been plenty of single digit winners for Indiana bred races. I've seen a few that actually should have been sub zero, but for some reason they were boosted to single digits.
