Todd/JV???

Are they done? I noticed towards the end of Toga that Castellano was getting a lot of his mounts. I thought it was only because JV is horrible on turf, but now JC is getting what seems to be all the mounts.... Is Javier the new go to guy?

As far as I've been concerned, JRV mailed in his retirement two years ago.
