There is an Oracle80 posting on Espn that is not the same Oracle that usually posts here.

I quit going to church and became a non beleiver just so I couldn't worry about that angle. My buddy told me that God doesn't play the horses during baseball season. He a Dodgers Fan.

no, apparently god is into football, because the announcer of this pre-season game (saints/titans) said he told the player where to run.....mmmmm, yeah. sure.

Well all I know is that I went out to a BBQ down the street and it was already down to 50 degrees on the way to 43 degrees and we all decided that we might better try it again next week. Fluky cold front pushing through tonight.
I'm like a country western song character tonight.
" I got no woman next to me, its cold outside tonight. The ponies they are getting me, the rides I get, they bite".

there's always tomorrow

I love it when Mike sings
doesn't happen often...

a guy's at the betting windows and drops to the floor
the guy next to him reachs down and takes his pulse
then he looks at the ticket the man was holding in his hand
a crowd looks on astonished, and someone asks "is he dead?"
The man looks up, "Yes, he is, but he's alive in the daily double."

I believe that the ESPN cretin is using "oracles80", with an "s" in there.

ideally, these cool nights and days in the 70s and low 80s really refreshes the horses up at the Spa. Aug has been wonderful in upstate NY so far.
