AP Warrior to try the turf
 

AP Warrior is going to run in the La Jolla. Not sure if this has been discussed since I was out of action for the better part of the day yesterday. I think this is a wonderful spot for Ap Warrior. I have been a semi fan of the horse ever since this spring. The breeding and tomlinson ratings seems to point to success on the turf but I guess I will pass this one by. AP is co-highweight at 120, first time on turf--might be some value, but I want to see how he looks over the course.

Haven't been too impressed with A.P Warrior so far. This is a logical switch but i'm not sure if the horse is all there mentally.

I think the talent is definitely there. I'm wondering if he's the kind of horse that will really improve as a 4 year old.

Yeah the talent is definitely there. Maybe he'll mature in the next few months and turn out to be as advertised.
