Obama's New Strategy

This will make the libs feel all warm inside I'm sure.

Obama Prays 'All the Time' for Guidance

WASHINGTON -- President Barack Obama says he's gone from praying nightly before going to bed to praying all the time because he has a "lot of stuff" on his plate and needs "guidance all the time."

Obama made the comments in an interview to air Thursday on ABC's "Nightline."

Obama says he thinks every president has been humbled by the number of issues they have had to deal with. He says he thinks they are quickly cured of the illusion that one person can solve all those problems.

Okay, you are criticizing this guy for praying when you just voted for a guy...twice...that made this statement:

"God speaks through me"

I've never criticized ANYONE for praying. I think it's a good thing. Not sure the Obama supporters feel the same way.

Actually, dell, it depends on who you ask.

A quote from the same link you just posted:

surely not going to justify the war based on God . . . Nevertheless . . . I pray I be as good a messenger of his will as possible."

What is the difference really???????????

Bush's quote implies that he is a messenger of God's will.

LOL

If Obama really is doing as he says ... I think he has offically confirmed that Cannon Shell is smarter and more qualified to hold his office than he is.

Coach Pants 07-27-2009 11:12 PM

That's all bs. Obama was a fan of X-Clan ffs.

My experience has been that the Obama supporters tolerate freedom of religion for other people far more readily than the "He's a Muslim!" hate crowd.

OMG have you heard Obama's former minister and his love for mandkind sermons? Louis Farakan now that's a supporter of religious freedom you speak of?

So are you saying Obama's former minister or Lois Farakan is entirely representative of the people who voted Obama into office?

Or are you just completely segueing into something else entirely, as you often do? Is it time for you to demand I get involved in a debate over Obama's former minister and Louis Farakan! :D

Because that has so much to do - LOL - with Obama saying he prays, and you thinking that people that support him may not think that's a good thing.

One would have to be naive to not believe a significant number of his minions look down on praying.

Actually, no, in my experience. Everyone I know who voted for Obama believes in freedom of religion, and didn't require proof of atheism from Obama before they voted for him.

Antitrust32 07-28-2009 03:38 PM

I dont care if our president prays.. (just dont waste too much time)

Now if he hears voices back then that's a problem...

Coach Pants 07-28-2009 03:39 PM

not represented at all just Obama supporters which is what you originally asked for. Remember "My experience has been that the Obama supporters tolerate freedom" You somehow segued into religious intolerance of the few who think Obama is muslim and certainly they represent the Republicans?
