LOL...No way this individual gunna stop carpet munching. That's the one constant here.

In this day and age shag carpeting is out and hardwood floors are all the rage. Easier to clean though harder to maintain.

Oh boy...

maybe it's a geographical thing and I'm mostly familiar with the midwest. It also appears the older you are the less likely you get rid of that old carpeting. Guess it's a matter of preference. Personally I like a small area rug ontop of a clean floor.

Just how familiar are you with the midwest? :p

With laser carpet removal...I guess less people will have to worry about maintance as they get older. :D
