tossing in a cheapie for some action after a 30 second speed capping session -

2,4,5//1,2,3,4//1,5/1

24.00

digging into the late one now-

Hard to make sense of why they're hammering Crimson Star in the 2nd.

The horse is just one of a number of strong closers in a race that lacks pace.

My Friend Luis is a better closer than this horse.

Late P4:

6 - 2,5,6,7
7 - 5
8 - 1,2,5,7

$64 = $73.90

I'm sort of new to Pick 3 and Pick 4 wagering. So maybe somebody can explain this to me.

http://www.equibase.com/static/chart...9USA9-EQB.html

On that link, it says:

$1 Pick 4 1/2-1/4/5-1-8 (4 correct) 73.90

Why does it say 1/2 for race 6 and 1/4/5 for race 7?

moses 05-17-2009 07:33 PM

Anyway, nice hit on the pick 4 guys.

I haven't looked to check it, but usually that means there were scratches in which case you get the post time favorite, so those numbers came in if the post time favorite won.

Bigs, Rude, nice job, although it came back chalky, you gave yourselves a shot for a price and winning a few bucks sure beats losing! :$:

Looks like you're right about that. Thanks.
