Need betting advice

I have 3 horses still alive from the 1st future pool. I also have 4 horses alive in the exacta pool. Just small bets but it could turn into a nice payout if one my picks wins and the place is one of the "all others".
Win Pool
Chocolate Candy bet $5 @ 28-1
West Side Bernie bet $3 @ 40-1
I want Revenge bet $2 @ 54 -1

Exact Pool - All are $2 Exacta boxes with all others @ 9-2
Chocolate Candy@29-1 / all others
Friesan Fire@8-1 / all others
I Want Revenge@10-1 / all others
West Side Bernie@43-1 / all others

If what I have above comes in it would pay me from about $200 - $800

There are a total of 9 horses still alive from the exacta pool. I do not have these 5 as part of my "all others".
Desert Party
Dunkirk
General Quarters
Papa Clem
Pioneer of the Nile

So my question is, should I put together some type of bet to "cover" somehow using those 5 along with what I already have and if so how? If I $1 box the 9 that would be $72 but I don't really know if that's the right way to go. Really not sure what if anything I should play or how to play it. Thinking there are many plays I could make that would make better sense then using the $72 that way. I would prefer to keep under $50

Any help would be appreciated.

My group is just off to the right I think. We are in the same area every year. i think a cover bet would be clever but yes the question of how to spend it. I would(will) spread it out with some deep dime supers under the obvious choices. Thats how I would go. Wish I had your problems!! I have FF from pool 2.

See you at the Haskell!

Bummer. There goes my plans. I will go heavy on FF on top of tris then.

It looks like you have things pretty well covered. Why not take the $50 you want to spent and put 25WP on who you really like and sit back and enjoy the race.
