This link is from today's Boston Globe. I find it interesting that the base was the culprit in a problem area - much like Steve and a number of his guests have pointed out, not the dirt, grass or mulched car tires (or whatever it is they use to make the sythetic surfaces).

Unlike much of the bs being passed off as safety protocols, this actually will do something positive
