Racing has lost one of it's finest
I have been told that Victor Gilardi, jock agent extraordinaire passed away today. His health had declined steadily since he lost his beautiful wife Jeanne a couple of years ago.
Victor had Jorge Velasquez' book during his great seasons in the 1970's. No one knew this game like he did and no one could tell it's tales like he could.
I was proud to call him a friend, he will be missed quite dearly.
My condolences to his family and all the rest of the people who loved him.
