Give me anything above 4-1 on Jedi Code and I will be a fun guy to be around about 4:50 tomorrow!!!!

SilverRP 03-03-2009 03:49 PM

Totally agree Hooves. Looked at it last night. Jedi Code looks to be ready, but I have my eye on Vacation. Any thoughts on him?

ArlJim78 03-03-2009 03:54 PM

won't have a chance to look at this race until tonight, but I agree about this meet. its been full fields and good horses. for whatever reason everything seems to be clicking there this year.

MISTERGEE 03-03-2009 03:56 PM

my2 cents, boxing 1-3-5, vacation has too many 2nds and 3rds and a tough post

Will be interested to see what Unbridled's Heart can do off the layoff. If he's right, he probably wins this, no?

He wins if he is right, yes...

From a TG perspective, how many good horses have you seen return to their top off a layoff, especially from the 3 to 4 age group. He runs that debut number again, he will be tough....Gonna check right now how many works he has had but I personally like when I see a good work three back, and then two maintenance breezes after that, which UH has

He has had 6 works, all at 5f. Jan 18th, Jan 30th, Feb 5th, Feb 13th (good minute bullet), Feb 23rd, Mar 1

It's a deep field, but I'm not sure it's necessarily a great one. Stevil has had a million chances, Vacation is a plodder, Jedi Code looks alright, but talk about a horse with a bad pattern. All those layoffs, then a huge race he'd need to reproduce here. Or you could take the other approach and assume that he's finally healthy and thus very dangerous.

I'm probably only going two-wide.

hoovesupsideyourhead 03-03-2009 04:33 PM

he could regress abit[jedi code]..the others that look interesting to me

6 plenty coups
8 tight grip
7 east end tap..on his best he could get around the cash ..

Chalk Darley-Abertrani entry of Ea and Unbridled's Heart ran 1-2 bet down to .90

Stevil caught 3rd, and with the entry a $19 exacta.

Jedi stumbled out of the gate and finished 4th to be part of the $22 tri.

Mistergee nailed it with the 1-3-5 call.
