Steve: do you remember the "National Sports Daily"? In the 80's..it was a buck an issue! Mexican Billionaire owned it. Didn't last a year.

Sad news. So much history. More victims of the internet. Print editions are "old news" by the time they hit the stands.

I ran into Frank Deford on the street in New York the day it was published and he autographed the first day's copy.

The concept was too far ahead of its' time.
