Real Player to MP3

I have KnS' races on my RealPlayer Library. Is there any way to get these to my MP3?

Thanks.

I'm no expert, but connect your MP3 to your computer while Real Player is on the screen showing your library. At the bottom of the far left column your MP3 will show as connected. Right click on your MP3 and hit "add clip." Screen will change to your library on far left. Click and drag the clips you wanna add to the right side of the screen. They should add to your MP3.

Most MP3 players for video you most likely will have to convert to a MP4 format.
